• You’ve bought so many different day planners because if you could just organize your schedule better, you’d be able to make it to the end of the day without feeling like Crazy Mom.
• You try so hard to not snap at your spouse but his efforts around the house, with the kids, or in the kitchen, isn’t helpful. You know he’s trying but you wish he’d understand what really needs to be done and do that, not play with the kids right before bedtime and get them all riled up or make lunches and leave a big mess. He doesn’t understand why you’re so mad and tired all the time – and you’ve given up trying to explain.
• You need to know what’s next in your life and start making plans for that because the reality of this moment – from the never-ending cycle of food-dishes-laundry to the ongoing tantrums of the three-year-old (or thirteen-year-old) – feels like it’s sucking the very soul out of you, little by little.
• There’s a constant dialogue running in your head that says, “You have everything you ever wished for - beautiful healthy kids, great husband, nice home. You have no reason to be so unhappy.” But you are.
If this sounds like you, I’d love to help you figure out what to do. Schedule a free mini session with me and we’ll put together a plan for you.
I hope to hear from you soon!
